About

I didn’t hate my job. But I had definitely lost my spark.

For more than a decade, I worked in recruitment – hiring, leading teams, and training people to recruit well. Later, I coached professionals transitioning into tech. It was meaningful work. I loved the people, the problem-solving, and the energy of helping someone step into something new. But over time, something in me shifted quietly. On the surface, everything still looked fine. I was doing good work, trusted in my role, and moving through a career that made sense on paper. Inside, though, I felt disconnected – like I was going through the motions of a role I’d outgrown.

I noticed the same pattern in the people I coached. Some moved through change with clarity and confidence. They made strong decisions, rebranded clearly, and landed roles that fit. Others worked just as hard – but every step felt uphill. Same skills. same effort. Same opportunities. One crucial difference: clarity.

Not the fluffy kind – but grounded, work-ready clarity that helps you understand who you’ve become and where your experience actually holds value now. Then it hit me – I’d lost mine too. When major changes came at work, I surprised myself. I left – with no plan, no next role, no mapped-out direction. For the first time in years, I sat with the same questions I’d asked hundreds of clients:

What do I want now?
What’s changed in me?
Who am I becoming?
What makes sense in a world where roles are being redesigned faster than job titles?

It was uncomfortable and confronting – and exactly what I needed.

That chapter reshaped how I coach.

Today, I’m a licensed Firework™ Career Coach and trained NLP Practitioner – but more importantly, I’m someone who has lived the same mid-career identity wobble my clients experience.

I now work with mid-career operators and managers who are good at what they do, but feel misaligned; who sense their role is being reshaped under them; who feel shaken by restructures, shifting expectations, or AI-driven change; who don’t want to start over, but know they need direction; and who struggle to articulate their value in a way today’s market understands.

Together, we slow things down.

We unpack what’s shifted – in you, your role, and the workplace.
We reconnect you with your strengths.
We explore future-fit directions that make sense.
And we build a clear, confident career story that reflects who you are now – not who you were ten years ago.

Because careers are living things. Each chapter changes you.

And in a world evolving faster than ever – especially with AI reshaping roles, expectations, and visibility – it’s never been more important to pause, realign, and move forward with intention.

That’s the work I do.

And if you’re feeling stuck, misaligned, or quietly unsure of where you fit next – you’re not alone, and you’re not behind.

You’re just ready for your next chapter.
