About

I didn’t hate my job. But I had definitely lost my spark.

For more than a decade, I worked in recruitment – hiring, leading teams, and training people to recruit well. Later, I coached professionals transitioning into tech. It was meaningful work. I loved the people, the problem-solving, and the energy of helping someone step into something new. But over time, something in me shifted quietly. On the surface, everything still looked fine. I was doing good work, trusted in my role, and moving through a career that made sense on paper. Inside, though, I felt disconnected – like I was going through the motions of a role I’d outgrown.

I noticed the same pattern in the people I coached. Some moved through change with clarity and confidence. They made strong decisions, rebranded clearly, and landed roles that fit. Others worked just as hard – but every step felt uphill. Same skills. same effort. Same opportunities. One crucial difference: clarity.

Not the fluffy kind – but grounded, work-ready clarity that helps you understand who you’ve become and where your experience actually holds value now. Then it hit me – I’d lost mine too. When major changes came at work, I surprised myself. I left – with no plan, no next role, no mapped-out direction. For the first time in years, I sat with the same questions I’d asked hundreds of clients: What do I want now?

It's time to feel confident about your future again.

You don’t have to start over — you just need a reset.
